EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you are not happy with your product you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
- We can only accept exchanges of items purchased on Dynadans.com, and purchases from Dynadans.com cannot be accepted in any other store. All exchanges or returns of items purchased on Dynadans.com must be returned to our warehouse.
- You may return an item(s) and exchange it for the same item(s) in a different size or color, or of the same dollar value. While you pay shipping costs to return item(s) to us, we are happy to send your exchange merchandise at no shipping charge to you.
- Please note, additional shipping charges may apply for items you add above the value of your original order. There is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly.
- If you are going to return any item, please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com to get the detailed instructions. Please, never ship any items back without our confirmation!
- For faster service and to track your returns, we suggest you use UPS/USPS. You are responsible for return shipping charges; however, there is no charge for the return of defective items or items we may have shipped incorrectly.
- Please allow 14 business days for us to receive your return. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 14 business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been completely processed.
Items that may not be returned:
The return policy is not applicable to tutus, costumes and any products made with any specific changes directly for the customer.
- All items must be unworn and in their original resealable packaging with tags attached.
- Laundered items cannot be returned.
- Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes. Boxes that have been written on and taped cannot be accepted.
- Dynadans reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above.
All refunds are for merchandise only. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and we are not able to provide return shipping labels at this time.
The refund will only be issued to the card used to place your order after we get products back and it usually takes about 14 business days.
We are not able to refund any tax or duty charged by the customs border office.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?
Step 1: Please contact our Customer service team to start the return process with the following information:
Proof of purchase
Video or photo of the faulty product
Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.
Step 3: Fill out all three copies of the Returns Pro-Forma Invoice Form. Insert all copies in the envelope and attach it to the package without closing it. These documents are required for customs, so please be sure to complete all 3 copies.
Step 4: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.
In case of a return, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping costs will not be refunded by Dynadans in case of returns.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 14 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you at your own expense. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive the refund within 14 business days.
If your refund/exchange has been approved, we will email you about the shipping address base on your country.
